Back in the 6th century a candy maker made a some treats for the kids at Christmas in Germany, it was called the Candy Cane. There was a purpose, the shaped J was for Jesus, the red for the blood of His sacrifice for our sins and the white that He was the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Giving us a picture of Gods love for us. Romans 5:6-11.
