The joy of the Lord is our strength. Joy comes from Holy Spirit as part of the fruit of the Spirit. Happiness is an emotion expressed by feeling good. What is important is that life can change on a dime and our outlook can be different. Its all about how we choose to look at things in our circumstances. Do I choose to look at what the Bible says or go my own way. A wise person chooses the Lord. James 1:2-8.
